mellow-delta provides culinary education, private chef services, meal preparation, and catering services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard service area

Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through our website or by other means:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due according to the payment terms specified at the time of booking
• Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date: full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date: 50% refund or rescheduling option
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date: no refund
• No-shows will not receive any refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements, food allergies, or intolerances at the time of booking. While we take reasonable precautions:

• We cannot guarantee that our kitchen or preparation areas are free from allergens
• You assume all risk associated with food allergies and intolerances
• We recommend that individuals with severe allergies consult with their healthcare provider before using our services

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of mellow-delta and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
