How far in advance should I book?
For group workshops, we recommend booking at least two weeks ahead. Private chef experiences and catering should be booked three to four weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most allergy requirements. Please let us know your needs when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled to an alternative date.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
We occasionally accept bookings for regional Victoria events. Additional travel fees apply. Please contact us to discuss your location.
